FALL King of the Beach

The 18th Annual FALL King of the Beach, King Mackerel Fishing Tournament is the largest of it’s kind on the West Coast of Florida. Over 250+ boats  and anglers of all skill levels will converge on the city of Madeira Beach to fish for over $70,000 in cash prizes and to see who will be crowned the next “king”.  This unique, no checkout event, with boundaries from Cedar Key to the North and Boca Grande to the South; Beaches to the Bay and surrounding gulf coast open waters up to 30 miles west. Rules and Regulations

The 2009 tournament will be "Photo Catch and Release." Upon the catch, the fish will be photographed adjacent to the measuring stick, then released. We will be working on the honor system during this tournament. Please exhibit your use of good sportsman like conduct throughout the tournament. All anglers and crew are expected to be familiar with guidelines. A copy of the guidelines will be distributed at the Captains’ Meeting. Each Angler will be eligible to win in only one prize category. If an angler places first in more than one category, he must choose a prize. The next qualified entry in the forfeited category will be awarded that prize. The length of the catch determines winners.

**LATE SCORECARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED**
